I like the sentiment of not worrying about something so out of our control. It reminds me of when I'd procrastinate so much on an assignment untill there'd be no way of being able to finish and just accepting the bad grade lol
Edit: I've trained myself to not do this as much. Took a lot of effort and still does to this day, but it is possible to get better from procrastination. Though, it sure did feel unavoidable back then.

They also tend to be in one direction, like a giant lazer, so when they do happen they tend not to hit much of anything as the universe is full of empty space and they have to be pointed right at you.
