My mother told me this story after watching this video.

She told me; "I remember when you were 6 years old and you told me you liked a boy named Franz."

I laughed thinking that my mother was joking, but then she continued with this..

"You told me he lived in the woods outside our house and that's where you would sneak off too. I usually stopped you before you could go into the woods, but there was one time I had to literally follow you so I could get you. Once I got up to you I saw you hugging a grave stone with the boy's name on it and death date."

When I was young i said to my grandmother i remember when grandpa lost his finger... she said that's impossible.... I was like i remember touching the stitches.... she said to me its impossible because it happened before you were born.... I remember how she looked at me and to this day it creeps me out but I still swear I remember it I can see images clearly in my mind and remember how the stitches felt and my grandfather has been gone for almost 30 years my grandmother now almost 13

The scariest thing ive ever heard a child say was when my 4 year old cousin stayed in my room for the night, he was on the top bunk and I was on the bottom, at the start of the night he made a joke about a lady on the roof. Later that night around 2-3 AM he said to me, poking his head down from the top bunk "can you shut the closet door, the man is looking at me" I suddenly look up to see my closet door open and absolutely nothing in there. Just clothes and old teddy bears...

When I was young I had memories of hiding from soldiers, i could hear them marching, i was scared, I was Jewish in a past life. I had so many nightmares about it. Im glad to have the life i have now, life has been challenging but nothing like before. Im very happy to live in this time, and in the United States, we all live like kings here, even if we are poor, poor here is like being a king in other places, I feel very blessed, despite losing everything I spent my Adult life working for. I am so blessed!

Before I was born my grandma died, my mum never spoke about her.
