I've been drinking lemon juice in water and also using baking soda. Are those wrong treatments?

so what does it mean when feel like i have to urinate 5 minutes after ive already gone, and it does burn a bit. i also have pain where my bladder is, not sure what its called. would this be maybe a kidney infection, urinary tract infection, or would you be able to tell wihtout a urine test? and also do you know of any home treatments? like one of my ncles said somethin about vineger helps with it.

Thank you I did not know about not having Citrus, I have been having Portugal and inhav an infection. I'm taking amoxicillin.
