NOTE: Two-handed knot tying is NOT standard technique for surgeons - one-handed with your hands crossing is better. However this is the way I was first taught as a beginner and I think it's easier to pick up if you've never hand-tied before. One-handed ties coming in another video!

Just because you use two hands it is not a two handed knot . In reality two handed knot requires active participation of two hands. In yours one hand remains passive. Further you actually tied a strange version of one handed granny knot and not a reef knot. You should have done more research, involved in more real world patient scenarios where you actually got to tie a knot before making educational videos on YouTube. Read Basic surgical techniques by RM Kirk to know the basics of knot tying.
