Want to know what it takes to become a Navy SEAL? BUD/S Third Phase is the last phase Navy SEAL candidates have to go through before they finish arguably the most difficult military training in the entire world. BUD/S stands for Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training.

BUD/S 3rd phase is known as the “Land Warfare” phase, and while it may be the last phase of training, it is no walk in the park for the SEAL hopefuls.
