That’s a beautiful story!! We put my dads ashes in the thermos he took everyday to work…it was my Aunts idea! And now I can hug that thermos anytime I want!! My dad died almost 4 years ago on July 11 2020, I started writing him Dear Dad letters…on my Facebook page. People really like them!!

I think he should call the segment "I'm not crying, you're crying". Good-Natured people are out there!

Without diminishing the act of giving and creating such special 'consecuence', is so sad that people are satisfied with random, far in between kind acts. What about thinking in why one can't have one job, have a dignified life with the product of hard honest work instead of these expplosions of feelings that come to a very few ones?

I work seasonal job at the cruise ship terminal. Last month, the day before Easter, it was heavy rain and many people got wet. I was assigned to push the wheel chair that day. I have never done touch a wheel chair in my life, I have 2 bachelor of science degree, but this was the only temp job I can find. I have knee osteoarthritis and was in pain but I never tell my employer because I need this job. The entire shift, I was thinking I'm the one who needs to sit down but I can't afford to stay home. Only 2 people tipped that day, a British lady and a black lady. 😢

This isn't a feel good story; its distopian that someone working 3 jobs is experiencing such poverty and could only afford dignity for her mom via a random act of kindness.

Why is David saying "them" when we all know we are talking about a woman? Folks, it's OK to use a specific pronoun when you know the gender of the person you're talking about.

If she works 3 jobs depending on what she does, she can afford the 200.00 w/o help especially since min wage in many places has gone up, nonetheless this is why u must be careful w/your money, plan ahead and not depend on others. Shes lucky especially in todays world, a stranger helped her
