Jinx turned the tables. This sequence is almost identical to the opening except she's the one killing the Enforcers instead of them killing Trenchers.

2:38 She killed an Enforcer the same way an Enforcer killed a Zaun citizen at the start of episode 1. The parallels in this show are just fucking fantastic.

I love the detail that Marcus is trying really hard to shoot Caitlyn but he cant bring himself to doing it

I will admit the bug bombs are truly genius in design.

I remember when I first watched this scene and I loved it. It really shows how insane Jinx actually is. I was always asking how you could make a woman with her stature look menacing and intimidating. In real life I would be more intimidated by Vi. Well they showed me how to do it. I never looked a Jinx/Powder the same way after that.

It took me a good minute to realise that the mechanical firelight that landed on Marcus's pistol blew off his entire left arm. Freakin' brutal

I love the clever scores in Arcane. This track at 0:54 is titled "Ambush" and here we hear the same segment as in the "I can help them" track from act 1 episode 3 as Powder cries in her bed, which in a way has become her motif as she turns to Jinx.

When the camera switches to Caitlyn's situation at 1:01, we hear her motif which appears in the "Caitlyn, the Sheriff of Piltover" track released in 2021, which can also be heard in track 6 from act 2 titled "Fire", as she sees the fire that Jinx had started inside a building as Jayce held his speech in episode 4, act 2. Pure genius at display, musically.

It's "Dear Friend across the river." The song from the bridge on the first chapter, in the intro.

jinx saw her sister betraying her again. leaving her for someone making her goes crazy. she have a chance to kill her in front of vi. those bombs should be swarming caitlyn. the fact that she survived is pure plot convenience.

i thought those were the firelights not jinx’s creations

Marcus tried following in Grayson's footsteps by making a deal with the undercity's leader. But he misunderstood her intentions; Grayson made a deal with Vander because she sympathizes with the trenchers and knew Vander was a good and caring leader whilst Marcus made a deal with Silco only to save his skin.

Had Grayson survived she never would've cooperated with Silco and would've tried to get the council to help the people of the undercity as opposed to alienating them.

I'm questioning how jinx felt about Marcus shooting Ekko, was she shock? Was powder mad?

I miss this Jinx. They made her too comedic in Season 2. I love my scary Jinx 🖤
