If you're a boxer you already know the importance of jump roping. Love it. Keep you tight.

i been jump roping for decade now, your feet get incredibly strong like springs i still need days off too, i don’t recommend going over the top with jump rope, just small jumps, from foot to foot, develop a rhythm have fun with it, try to focus on keeping the legs more straight and letting the feet do the work

Same for knees... Some times you just need to recover. And next times (not next week) it adapted to it.

EARLIER THIS YEAR I was INSPIRED to begin doing 100 JUMPING JACKS A DAY! RIGHT AFTER MY DOCTOR SAID HE WANTED TO PUT ME ON CHOLESTEROL MEDS! I AM EATING BETTER AND I NOW DO 100 TO 700 JUMPING JACKS A DAY! MY FEET AND ENTIRE BODY IS BENIFITING! IF I FEEL A SLIGHT TWEEK IN THE ANKLE I REST. NEXT DAY I FEEL STRONGER THAN BEFORE! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO TO KEEP US FOCUSED ON A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE! AFTER 6MO'S MY CHOLESTEROL LEVELS HAVE GOTTEN BETTER! STILL WORK TO DO! 🤲🏾👊🏽💥💯

The cool thing about fitness is, it’s kinda like a video game. You can only max out certain stats so much so if your power and size stat is maxed out, your endurance and mobility is going to be lower boxers can jump all day every day and it’s because they stay lean but they can also not lift as much as this guy, I think if you’re just a regular person you can try to find a balance between all of them but you also have to work around your genetics, when I was boxing, I had my own strength and conditioning coach. The goal was to never put on size once we got to the right size for my body. It was all about optimizing what I had was done competing I took on weightlifting and I put size on now there’s things I used to be able to do that I could never do I’m too heavymoral the story it’s important to know what your goals are and Taylor your workouts towards those because you cannot have everything maxed out

Rope jumping has helped me build more explosive squats. Such a great plyometric exercise.

Sage. We (ok me 😂) often get hyped about something new and do too much at first and then ouch. So Little by little is the best way to begin. ✅ 🎉

Been jumping rope everyday for almost 4 months now, and whenever I feel my shins too tight or sore, its always because of some other activity Im doing (usually running on irregular/broken sidewalks), never because of skipping.

It can help to switch up the shoes. Less support is great for building foot strength but more support helps rest it
