Since the Supreme Court may be asked to rule on the Mueller investigation, it shouldn't be allowed to have the subject of that investigation choosing the judge that may rule on the case against him. That seems to be pretty much common sense.

I agree with him...it’s terrible how Sen. Ted Kennedy with the Bork nomination later how the Thomas nomination was done and Sen. Harry Reid changing the process therefore polarized the federal court nomination processes! Which led to Garland snubbed and Gorsuch partisan vote.

I am not American, I have a question. If the Supreme court has made a ruling how can it be overturned? If so, why is that other judgements can’t be challenged; the Citizens United ruling allowing corporations to donate to politicians, gerrymandering, etc. I am confused. I thought they made final rulings. Help me out. Thanks!
