We always talk about moving on from the bad. But what I find hard is moving on from the good... For years I have tried to get back into head space I was in five years ago. I felt invincible. Was in good shape, creative, seeing friends all the time, trying new things, travelling, and studying something I loved.... Now I struggle to get out of bed and sometimes don't even know what to do with myself.. Thinking back to those times hurts so much - because I don't know how to do that again and how to feel like that anymore.

I am trying to get better, trying to move on. Not just from the bad but from the good. One day at a time...

The song at 12:44 will always remind me of looking up at the night sky seeing the perfect view of the Starlink Satalite train amongst the stars.
I've always been fascinated by space and the intriguing beauty hidden in the universe but I always told myself I can't learn physics or math, that they are too hard and I'm just going to get frustrated and I will never be able to get a job in the field I love. I'm just an autistic guy with ADHD and a learning disability.
But in that moment it felt as though I had no limits. Physics and math is hard. But Rome was not built in a day.
You aren't going to understand everything right away. These things take time. But you work away bit by bit, you'll start to see things become clearer.
I'm starting to work at learning physics and math and maybe one day I'll be able to reach my goal and find a job in the field that I love most.
I wish everyone listening the best. No matter how dark the world may seem, the light will always come through in time. Per aspera ad Astra 🌠

🙏🏼 Ive intellectually learned, human emotions are entirely the responsibility of the person's preception. If and how we allow others, no matter the depth of love/connection, to affect our interiority, causing both instability or bliss is entirely our making...

All emotions are derived from within, spawning only from the self.. never has hatred, anger, sadness love or joy been injected into us, they all stem from our original nature, arriving to being by our own consciousness.
Physical and psychological abuse may and will eventually happen to some degree in all our lives, but ones choice to respond and at what manner we do, will eternally be that of the self and not by the external.

I ask as often as possible to allow this to be a true understanding, beyond the intellect, for myself and for every other person.

This photograph is incredible, I remember... I remember when I played on a basketball court, from which you could see an entire avenue, at night there was hardly any light, so we took a generator and put on some lights to continue playing almost all the night. I was thirteen years old, right there was where I kissed my first girlfriend.
Now I'm thirty-seven, I live in another country, I go from my house to work and from work to my house, and this music... I don't know if it's good for me to listen to it or not, it's all sadness and melancholy. I miss that basketball court, my friends, the girl, in general, my old neighborhood.
