The main reasons for the stop is no tags on the car . No traffic violation no speeding just driving down the road without a tag . This is why you are in court . There is nothing else that protects you but the right to travel . If you are not involved in commerce you have the right to travel freely on the public roadways without a license or tag . Its in the constitution . Why isn't that enough ? Why don't you think the right to travel that's in the constitution for this very reason is not enough to keep you traveling freely in America ? We as the people have to make it about the right to travel first and foremost . We can't allow courts to not uphold the right to travel as our right . They are trying to make traveling a privilege and not a right . We have to make sure the courts know its a right .

Interesting, I seen an elderly man about in his 70's. Defend himself in a courtroom in Houston Texas. Involving a multitude of moving violations, to include no driver's license, no auto insurance, no current vehicle registration. He did have a bond for insurance that was set at $50K. After arguing with assistant district attorney and the preceding judge. He walked out of the courtroom as a free man! I was nearest to the courtroom closed doors hearing the case. The judge had everyone that were going to fight there traffic case, removed from the courtroom. This prevented any one from hearing this man's defence! He had a two wheel dolly with about 5-7 law books. I remember seeing one title. Black's law definitions. I heard the court reporter walking out telling the court clerk. Amazing!

I never got a ticket when i was stopped but now going to court for a gun being in my trunk and they used the odor of Marijuana to search, I never gave them consent. Will I still be able to use this process as a defense in jury trial? That's where im going with the case because i still feel as they violated my 4th amendment protected right.

The 10th amendment gives the states the rights to regulate laws on their citizens… most people have drivers license who drive on the road today and they’re not very good… Just imagine if nobody took a driving test… Just imagine if nobody bought insurance and everybody just hit and ran.
