No license, no registration in his name, no insurance, child without seatbelt, and a lack of accountability. What a great father and role model he must be.

In no state can you operate a motor vehicle on the highway without a driver's license. Sov Cits are totally wrong on that.

I like how Frank tells this driver: "just tell the judge you don't need a driver's license" 😂🤣😂

92 in a 45. No seatbelt on child in front seat. Wow. Of course no license and no insurance.

Funny how they are always on their way to the DMV when they get pulled over for something like that.

I'm so sick of drivers who are so entitled they think they can just ignore the rules they choose. Keep up the good work

I am retired from Portland, Oregon Police Bureau. I worked Traffic for 27 of my 28 years. You are doing a good just. I would be proud to have you working with me. I worked the street for my first 14 years (motors for 10, cars for 4 and Vehicle Fatalaties for the last 13years). Thank you for your work.

This first guy makes me sick. Another unlicensed/suspended licensed excuse factory. "I'm just letting you know, [what the law is]." 🙄🙄 Deputy Sloup has SO much patience. He sure got my portion of it. Sov Cit's are among the most ignorant people on the planet.

Wow. A really nice, understanding, firm, fair cop. With humour. A great role model.
Respect from the UK.

Man if I had to do this job day in and day out my faith in humanity (already low) would be zero. Salute to you for doing this job when adults act like children (speeding, no seatbelts, no tags, no registration, no DL, etc) and then come up with the BS excuses. Insanity

A couple of years ago I was in court as a witness in a case involving my dash camera. One of the cases before mine was a full blown sov cit Karen representing herself on several traffic offenses, including driving on a suspended, no insurance, fictitious tag, etc. Her sole defense point was that she didn't need any of that as she wasn't driving, she was "traveling". The judge wasn't having any of her shenanigans, and in a few short minutes she had about 3 thousand dollars in fines, and 180 days in jail. 90 days of that was a contempt of court charge when "Karen" asserted that the judge's parents were brother and sister. The look on her face when they took her into custody was priceless!

I REALLY wish Maricopa did this as well, though I don't see much traffic enforcement, I usually only see them dealing with more important issues like robberies, dealers, gangs, shootings, etc. But even still, I'd love the dept. to have these kinds of interactions with people cause it really humanizes the police that are supposed to serve us. Love you Frank!
