How to Pick Options For Day Trading! STRIKE PRICE! I go over my daily plan in the morning to figure out which option Strike Prices I am looking to buy based on the overall SPY chart. The key here is to get a good idea for both a bullish and bearish target for the SPY to move that day. Day Trading options can be very volatile both up and down! I'm using the Interactive Brokers trader workstation to trade daily options on the SPY.
