Super easy way to explain at/in/out of the money...

If Tesla is trading @$800/share, an 800 Call/Put option is ‘At The Money.’

If Tesla moves to $801/share, the 800 Call option is now ‘In The Money, and the 800 Put is now ‘Out Of The Money.’
