I think you confused selling call with selling puts. Selling call means you have to sell your shares, put means you buy at that price. Thanks for your videos and I love the premium on SHLL. I'm selling puts to get assigned at a lower price or collect premium, juicy!

Love your videos, but that's not how selling calls work. You should redo this video . If it hits the strike price your 100 shares will be sold at that strike price, even if the stock goes above your strike price. Example - let's say you sold 1 call contract at a strike price of $56. Then the stock goes to $60 before the call contract expires. Your 100 shares will be sold for $56 a share that goes in your pocket with the premium of the call option contract that you sold. You will miss out on the other $4 per share that the stock is going for at $60 a share. It's still a great way to make extra money. Keep doing your thing & I will keep watching.

.when trading options clarifying that they can be sold at anytime to avoid buying those shares would be a great option also..because i have absolutely no interest n 100 shares of my contract and maybe someone else is fearful that they haven't any other options.

Man @chris sain.. Dropping hella knowledge for the people and i appreciate you for that. Not gonna lie when i saw my stocks decrease in value i almost started panic selling. BEE CAREFUL NOT TO DO TOO MANY DAY TRADES FAMILY! Robinhood gave me a warning today because i almost did too many or the pattern in which i was doing them was off. Options are still going to be one of my short term goals when i have more of an income to do so after i get through the home buying process. Still making plays and moves on the stocks especially today because its payday and i absolutely gotta pay my future self. That's first and foremost. It’s December 2022 and I just checked to see what shll is training at and it’s 59 dollars a share during a market crash.
