I think we should charge our phone to 100% . Atleast in Samsung I can say that. I have an old phone (using for 4 years) Samsung A20(4000 mah) I use it by charging full and draining till 10% .And it still works for whole day even after having 14nm size processor. A week ago I buyed Samsung A34 and while charging it till 90% it shows that 22 minutes left till full charge . So basically you major battery lies in last 10-15% . So it's not worth charging partially making your charge twice a day. The batteries in Samsung are very sustainable.

Btw guys a tip i learned if u want to charge your phone overnight becuase u have a really urgent thing in the morning close fast charging and let it charge to a 100 this will give u about 3 hours it will minimize the dmgs a fast charger would do

OR charge your iPhone using the older plugs that draw less current and less heat. Charging to a 100% isn’t the problem, it how fast and the heat produced that does the damage.

my phone have inbuilt charging limiter i set it to 90% and never beyond 100% been using my phone for 3years never have battery problem

me charges my phone when i dont need it but removes it immediately even if its low battery if i need it or im going somewhere

My new poco f6 has a lock on 80% and stops after that. I charge between 20-80
