I was asked which supplements I'm currently taking - here they are (and why I take them)
*Always check with your doctor before taking anything!*

- Vitamin D3 & K2 spray - essential for me to keep my levels up (especially in the UK)

- A form of fish oil (these are two different versions - I'd take one or the other, not both)

- A Vitamin B Complex (also essential for me as Iron can run low & this helps)

- A multi-vitamin (one which is tailored to my needs, not generic)
