The girl throwing lobs for hours with enthusiasm like she is Chris Paul. Don't let her have zero rings

This level of quality for a youtuber who was under five hundred subscribers is absolutely insane. Absolutely crazy. Keep up the amazing work.

Something we noticed in high school was that people tended to max out at the rim because that became a visual target that seemed to limit us. Use a ladder and put a piece of tape a few inches up from the rim on the backboard and train until you can touch it consistently and then try to dunk.

Inspiring video man. I'm 5'9" and you've made me wanna push myself to see if I can dunk.

i am 5’7, 155 pounds with a 7’2 standing reach. I wrote down the entire workout and I did it consistently everyday . I got to week 4 and I was grabbing rim consistently. Right at the start of week 5 I landed on my ankle wrong and felt a pop and I have now been out for 5 weeks and the doctor is projecting it’s going to take another 3 weeks to heal fully. I will try again soon and keep y’all updated

The fact you're grabbing rim with improper form is impressive already. Fixing your form and developing a penultimate would most definitely help you get your first dunk in.

People can say what they want to, but when I was finally able to dunk in my junior year of high school, it changed the game for me . There is no shot that you can make that is more satisfying than a DUNK.

As a 6'1 guy I tought dunking was possible but too hard to even attempt working for. This video was inspirational, thank you so much.

This video brought back great memories of my road to dunking. 39" at 5'6" is very impressive! I'm 5'10" and peaked at 36" vertical. Took me over a year of work to get there and dunk at 10" so your progress in only 60 days is amazing.
Technique wise, I would suggest you bend your knees a bit more before the jump to drop your body lower. That will give your leg muscles more pushing time against the floor and give your more power off the ground.
