I adopted a dog from the shelter, had her for 12 years. It turned out that she was a Bernedoodle. Let me tell you, she was the most loving and beautiful soul there is. She was my best companion, luckily I was at home all the time so she was not left alone. My heart is broken, I miss her so much.

Our mini-Bernedoodle is going on 2 years old and is just under 30lbs. She has always been incredibly chill. Zero issues potty training, no food sensitivity issues, and she passed her Canine Good Citizen test with flying colors. We do work 8-5, but she does great in her play pen area during the day. She doesn't shed, we got her used to brushing early, and I groom her myself :-)

I just got one last week. She’s so smart and getting big already. She’s already telling me when she has to go to the bathroom, learned her name, learned outside. Hardest part was the crate training. But after a few days. She’s calmed down to sleep all night.

But 90% of what has been said applies to all dog breeds.

#1 Exercise - All dogs need this, if you cannot do this don't get a dog.
#2 Stomachs- All dogs have sensitive stomachs. You should be watching what you feed any living being. Sensitive stomach usually means you shouldn't eat that item.
#3 Size- Fair point. Size applies to what people can handle this fact is true across all breeds.
#4- Socializing. All dogs are social pack animals. They are distant cousins of the wolf which are pack animals.
#5. Attachment. I mean shouldn't you spend time with your loved ones?
#6 Grooming. Another fair point but again you should always pay attention to your dogs coat/skin as a good dog owner.
#7 Strong Leader- again pack animals. Being a good parent to a human or dog is important to the way they behave.

I have a 18 month old mini Bernedoodle named Coal he is my little sunshine although he is the mini everything is so spot on and yes severe separation anxiety. He goes everywhere with me. He talks and loves to go to grandma's house and to his uncle's house. I'm am very fortunate to not have to work outside the home, but getting him has helped me so much with empty nesting for my husband and I both very much. He's our little guy. ♥️

No need to buy expensive foo-foo pumpkin powder. Just avoid all types of poultry and add a tsp of coconut oil to their meals. My 5-month-old F2 is awesome! She's being trained to be my mobility assistance service dog.

These dogs are so cute. We purchased a pair of Bernese Mtn. dogs awhile back. I loved them dearly but they both died of cancer at just a few months after turning 6. One got sick and the other just a month after. I tried megadoses of C as the ascorbate but could not stop the cancer. My vet who came out to put them down told me that these were the oldest
mountain dogs that he had seen. They were only 75 months and 150 lbs. If you own dogs do not spray glyphosate weed killer on any vegetation they could eat like grass, ie: round-up.

Just adopted a bernadoodle. He has more Bernese in him so already at 4 months old he is HUGEE we named him maximus (max for short). I have owned multiple dogs in my life but it is like max has always been a part of our family he fits right in. We have a 6year old dog as well and he’s only small but the two of them are best friends and the bernadoodle is better behaved than our other dog. At 14 weeks old he knows all commands before you even tell him to do them and he is very well toilet trained. He doesn’t shed at all. I also have autism and despise Him being so young he is a great therapy dog for me. Very social dog, very affectionate. Gets along well with other animals and loves people! Anyways, best choice of a dog for me and my family. I highly recommend them 🥰

I should have watched this video before I bought one. He was 5 months at delivery and has a ton of social issues and as a result, my labradoodle now has social issues. I have to take them on separate walks, several times a day until they're able to be less reactive during their walks. It has been an experience.👀

I have a mini Bernedoodle, he is 3 years old! He is adorable! We don't have a problem with him at all. This breed is the best. Mini Bernedoodle is goofy, cuddling, playful, and good with children and elderly people, even you don’t need to train them for that. My dog loves people, even though we don’t take him for socializing often because he gets sick in the car. We love him unconditionally. We are very happy with this breed.
