Excel file use ASCII encoding format by default. But, when there are special characters in file. you have to make sure to save file using UTF-8 encoding.

It does not work. If I open the generated csv file with notepad++, I can see in the lower right corner that the file is in ANSI format and not UTF8.
I really want to find a direct solution from Excel. At this time, I have to ask the users of my migration tool to do an intermediate action that consists in opening the csv file with notepad++ and converting it to UTF8.
-> My version : MS office 2016
