How to Convert Excel File into CSV with UTF 8 Format

It didn't work for me. I had an excel file which contained Persian text and characters and when I did exactly the same thing you explained, nothing happened and I couldn't see the correct text format when I decided to import the data in MySQL WorkBench.

Any suggestions for that?

Thanks for the video. Unfortunately it didn't work completely: I converted an Excel sheet, a vocabulary list in English and Russian. After the conversion the column in Cyrillic alphabet wasn't recognized. Have you any solution? Thanks in advance
