Star Wars: Return of the Jedi - Han Solo Returns

The Rescue of Han Solo, also known as the Battle of the Great Pit of Carkoon, was a mission carried out by members of the Alliance to Restore the Republic to rescue Han Solo, who was frozen in carbonite, from Jabba the Hutt. Solo's friends in the Rebel Alliance set out to find and rescue the former smuggler from Jabba's Palace on Tatooine.

Here is something they could have done between Star Wars Episode 6 and Episode 7. They could have had a wedding between Leia and Han. It would have been funny to see because, as far as I have seen, there wasn't any other female characters in the movie, so I would think that Leia would have gotten C2P0 and R2D2 to be her bridesmaids, which would have looked really funny. It would be nice to see them dressed in drag and marching up the aisle just before Leia and both are complaining to each other how humiliating it is to be dressed like females. Meanwhile, Han would probably use Luke as his best man and Lando and Chewbacca as ushers. It certainly would have made a good movie, or even a good half-hour TV show. Couldn't be worse than "The Star Wars Holiday Special".

I don’t get why Leia didn’t immediately take off her helmet so Han would know it was her and be at ease. She had to know he wouldn’t recognize her voice with the helmet on.
