bro I'm also compare myself with others and left gym becase they say me-"tum ghar par hi reh gym main aake hor patla ho jaayega ye gym tere se na ho payega" after that i left the gym and start calisthenics now i do 250 pushups in 6 sets but my arms are not growing i dont know the reason but when i flex my arm my bicep triceps are much bigger than anyone noticed me without flex.but your content is relatable and MOTIVATION SE BHARPOOR.maine ye comment ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਗੀ im punjabi and also sardar so anyone read what i write will like as brother जिम लवर जिन्दाबाद

True. Gym is like a school you will go gradually over the years. You will grow your strength and power daily❤

Only comparing yourself with others can make you better. Struggle is nature's way to become better.

Felt like that when i joined a corporate job as a freshie. An entirely new world with everyone around me being so knowledgeable and professional, that each time i compared my unskilled self with them, it was all overwhelming and i felt that me as a person won't be able to be like them.

But it all started to change slowly when my boss said to me “to survive means to learn, so keep on learning and improving so that even you can generate the output that you want".

It's been few months since then, and those empowering words really helped there, and i dont often compare myself with my seniors unreasonably and try to do whatever i can properly. And i can say that currently i stand at a better position as a person and experience compared to my past self. And i have yet to stop, I'm still relatively unskilled, I'm still learning and getting better.

So yes, keep on the work, keep on making mistakes, keep on learning and become better as a person.

An advice, whenever u think sad when u compare urself with others, just think about something u r good at.Like there's a barrier at some point which even the 'talented' people get struck at and u can't cross that unless u find ur own methods, do this and in no time u will be much better

Honestly the best feeling is when you progressively start overloading and one day you are like damn this is insane❤❤

Tbh I did too so does every beginners
Most people feels down because of it and eventually gives up
Only those who keep pushing themselves achieve their goal
So just become one of them
