I can honestly say I never wore sunscreen over makeup. I have to tell you I was aging beautifully until 45 and all of a sudden I have white spots on my chest. It looks like I had real bad acne when young but I never did. Those spots can not tan. So when I do get color it looks worse. Now I’m 57 and there is no fixing it. Except plastic surgery or some procedure. I just fake tan there. It looks good when I do. So long story short. Do not forget the chest.
