Insulin pumps can absolutely be LIFE CHANGING, but I’m also not going to lie: I feel like we start to take them for granted after a while.

It might just be human nature that the more we get used to something, the less we stress about it.

I remember when I had my first ever insulin pump (Medtronic 511 for the OGs) I was super nice to it, it was a super novel device and I took amazing care of it…

…and just a little while later I’m over here accidentally dropping it on the ground and letting it bang into things and expecting it will be absolutely fine.
