the obvious panic in the angel is really relatable for me. ive prevented multiple suicides and each time ive broken down gone in my bathroom shaking and crying. i dont know what its like to loose someone to suicide but ive been very close to knowing. all my love goes out to people whove been affected by suicides suicidal thoughts sh and atrempts. i love you.

The calculating panic on the devils face while trying to think of a way to convince them, meanwhile the angel in all her desperation is trying to make her think of all the people she will hurt, because in that situation the people you love are all you have to live for, this one piece is beautiful and poetic and it brings tears to my eyes.

The song is the 30th by Billie Eilish

It is about a tragedy that happened to someone who meant a lot to Billie on the thirtieth, and according to the lyrics they got into a bad car accident and survived barely. In the song she was imagining how things couldve gone so much worse, and the third “Your alive” sound more like a prayer than the first two where she was yelling.


Edit: this is the meaning of the song, which does not match up to the video. This is what i know about the song, im basically saying the meaning of the song isnt that someone is about to commit suicide and two people are trying to get them not to
