SharePoint Online External Sharing

In this video I will show you how to share files or folders on SharePoint with people outside your organisation who are generally referred to as guests or external users. Sharing externally is dependant on your organisation's policy on sharing, ie if external sharing is allowed and enabled.

Thanks v much - that really helped me out. I was struggling with that. I've also found another way - if you want to share an entire document library (e.g. the "finance" library shared with the external accounts person) then you can do that via Library Settings and then Permissions for this document library.
