Skibidi toilet is the end of this generation. The power weird content has on kids is disturbing, it’s almost like they’re being brainwashed. The 1st thing is that it’s not the creator’s fault. A common thing taught in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is “Think, Feel, Act”. It explains that our behaviour is influenced by how we think about the trigger, not the trigger itself. The trigger in question here is Skibidi Toilet. In this scenario, the obsession started because they thought about the trigger, and thought it was “cool”. And thus, the whole thing started. The 2nd thing is that I am worried for these kids being exposed to this type of content without parent moderation, as it could cause an obsession via what was mentioned above. So in conclusion, I feel sorry for these kids, it’s not (100 percent) their fault they’re glued to a screen and becoming obsessed with the weirdest things possible.
