I used to travel with a crazy amount of clothes and stuff in the past LOL. I made it so stressful for myself and I honestly don't know why! I always got to use maybe 50% of what was in my luggage. I also stopped shopping a lot on vacation and it made my luggage so much lighter. It's freeing and amazing to travel light.

Awe, your family’s reaction was really beautiful. They looked so stunned as if they couldn’t believe that you were actually standing there. Thank you for sharing that special moment. I agree that there’s so much freedom in packing light to travel with ease. How we pack for travel can be such a personal and psychological experience, truly. This is another area of life to embrace less is more 🌸🍃

Coordinating outfits in advance is the best thing. It helps me so much with reducing unnecessary clothing I want to carry with me.❤ love the video!

I went on a east coast road trip for a week and I only took a 40L backpack and found out I had more then enough. I military pack everything and only took 2 pairs of shoes it was amazing how fast I went through the airport. 😊💕 amazing tips love.

I used to work for an airline & still travel decently often & a tip I wish I knew sooner was to place plastic wrap on top of my liquids & THEN screw the lid on. I haven't had any leakage in my toiletry bag since and I just reuse the wrap at the end of my trip, too!

An Introvert currently living in Varanasi. Had my post-graduation in Environmental sciences ( BHU). I want to live in my village, India. Wish to grow organic food on my farm and a mud house in future only if I could convince my parents. I had a huge dream to build a tiny home and travel all over India. Wish to plant trees before I die and want to inspire people to follow a sustainable lifestyle.

Oh how I loved your family's reaction!!! Beautiful! And your Dad walking away until he registered who you were! 🤣🤣 I wish you a wonderful time with them, and thank you for the great tips. I can't wait to put them into action when I can travel again and see my extended family in Antigua.

I don't travel by plane that much so checking in backpacks is not a problem for me even if I do travel by a plane I keep it organized to make it as smooth as it can be but carry-on is really a game changer.
A light backpack and carry-on makes you prepared for anything

I just want to say thank you for your beautiful and inspiring vidoes. I am stressed most of the times and feel overwhelmed, but since I watch your videos I'm more mindful about my life and my mindset, and I feel relaxed more. I watch your videos every night. Thank you so much ❤

Loved the reaction of your family, they were genuinely surprised, hope that you will have a great time with them! I use the same shampoo and conditioner :) And I also have only a few things with me all the time when I travel, my motto is the lighter, the better! Even at home I only have stuff that fit in one big luggage, I left all my things at my mums, my summer house it's too tiny! And since I have less I've learned to adapt and discovered that I don't need thousands of clothes and personal items to lead a normal life. Great video as always my dear!💕

Just the video I needed! I'm going out of state this month to PA and I really don't want to overpack like how I used to. I've been trying to find ways to prioritize items and eliminate unnecessary ones. Thanks for this :)
