Before packing the clothes, you can take pictures of all the combinations of outfits you might think of wearing!

My mom can pack *1 week* of clothes for 4 people in a *small* carryon.

How, i have no idea.

Edit: I asked my mom how she does it! Here are her tips!
- *DO NOT* bring unnecessary clothing!
- Check how the weather is going to be.
- Lighter clothing (thin fabrics = less space usage)
- Bring clothes that can be used together, for example: 2 shirts that fits with 4 different pairs of pants/skirts/shorts.
- If you can, *put your clothes in a bag (we use plastic bags) and vacume seal the bag!*
- Travel in shoes that are comfortable yet can be used with the outfits that you packed!!
Those are some of the tips that my mom told me!! Packing takes time and if you want to fit as much as possible you're probably going to take out and put in clothes a lot. It's a process, but it's worth it in the end when you come to your destination and have all your clothes organized!!

Thank you Ann Le! This video is very helpful. I have been on the road over the past 21 years, working in different countries. One thing you can also pack is an umbrella, definitely comes in handy in case the weather changes and it starts to rain. Overall, a very useful video with very good tips.

I don't know why but I love packing before I travel. It's only the unpacking that sucks because the trip is over. Also I loved the make up drawstring bag so I bought it on eBay!

I think it's interesting how different "packing light" looks for different people. For some this would be considered a lot of stuff, others might find it not enough.
