I’m so proud to had the possibility to develop early stages of this product for South America between 2016 and 2018. So many years later it’s a pleasure to see it, finally.

Be great to see the Wildtrak with;
- Seat memory buttons
- aircon vented seats (I know the PX models have heated)
- heads up display
- proper lane keeping assist (previous was not very good)
- blind spot monitoring
- LED interior lights that make inside generally light up so you can see perfect. (Like Hyundai’s and KIAs)
- settings for doors to automatically lock when you’re in it
- drivers button controlled child lock for doors.
Just to name a few nice to haves

This is wider, bigger, more tech and more power! Kudos Ford!

About Time! High chances that this model will stay relevant for the next 10 years before a major refresh

Still, my dream ute is the HiLux. Sorry. But that ranger looks good.

Good summary update 👍 Good to see some very clever innovations that's been available for some time in Nth America to finally come here. I have no use for a ute but I'd like to get this one. It's one good looking ute. Toyota et al should be very worried.

Was a former fan of Ranger, seeing a v6 diesel for only pulling power and teach features for easy control management is a plus

The nightmare here is after many years, there are no more parts produced for old gen instead the dealership will rob parts from another car and transfer it to you without a customer permission and charge you expensively for a used parts. just like what happened to 2012 Focus in Philippines, charged my father’s company with 750k Pesos, same goes to my 2010 Captiva same thing in dealership so I sold it.
They are good for 5 years then dispose unless you willingly pay for expensive price of parts and maintenance. Unlike japanese car companies, even a discontinued car has parts straight from factory.

I live in Australia and this is my next car - that V6 3.0L engine option.

Will we get this in America, and when? Really glad they started making Rangers in the states again. Hoping this comes to the states soon. I'm enjoying my 2019 Lariat!

I want this without stupid screens. Give me real instrument cluster.

Looks good. I think that midsize truck should never have a V8 under the hood since if it's the case, better buy a fullsize instead. But a turbo diesel regardless if it's I-4 or V6 is the ideal replacement powerplant for gas V6 or gas turbo I-4

I wonder how much power the 3.2 would have if yous gave it the similar tune and a 10 speed gear box?? Maybe more than this 2022 model🤷‍♂️

You can test it for 5mil ks but what’s it going to be like after 10 years compared to it’s competitors?

Not feeling the front. Loses is identity. Looks better when it didn't look like a f150

But will this model be sold in the US?

The front looks almost like the Ford designer was looking at a Chevy Silverado and a Tacoma while designing.
