Hello Parmita. Love your videos. Can I do the face point exercises once in the morning and at night? Can I put the pressure points longer than ten seconds? Or is that to much. Your videos are wonderful. I just have to get into a routine. Which I am still working one. Thank you for all your great tips.

I can’t tell you how much I love your videos. But could you tell me why does sides of my lips seem to crack all the time I drink plenty of water I’ve used Chapstick and different things, but they always seem to crack and actually hurt
