When do I take conversions seriously? (new store here, been around about since around July 2022 and made very few sales) I even thought of downloading the data and calculate a conversion of view/downloads of the free products that are the ones that are mostly visited. Is this a good idea? does it makes sense?

Hi! Thank you for this video- very informative. I’m noticing that when I upload a preview as a .gif it only plays for customers who are using a laptop or desktop, it does not necessarily work for mobile devices. Are you noticing the same thing or am I doing something wrong?
