Check the lights... Reboot it... If the "Internet" Light is not lit, the problem is upstream, call the ISP. If the Internet light is lit, then the problem is on the inside, reboot any internal devices, then login to the router and check it...

This is true but it’s not the reps it’s the stuff they are told to say and the shoddy equipment that’s to blame. So often I’m saying to them that I know it’s not their fault. I know this is a funny video though. I may be taking this too seriously 😂
