When I was a young kid back then, my mum used to give me lamb leg soup whenever I fell sick. She used to do the same cleansing as shown here, then she used to dip the whole lamb leg in boiling hot water along with only three spices, black pepper, garlic and black salt. This always helped me recover from very high fevers and cold, though I didn't liked it then but now I love it along having some rotis... Just typed this cause this video reminded me of her traditional remedy recipe. Thank you golden gully!

It's bagheli pilaw باقلا پلو.
Same recipe, but they also add a little tomato paste while making the broth. Also meat is steamed for hours not pressure cooked.
