You won me over when you said mint. I hardly ever come across recipes that call for mint. I love mint sauce and garlic sauce on almost everything, so this sounds delicious to me. I have 5 huge zucchini. I have to use them up soon, or they will go bad, and I hate waisting food. This will be added to my list of new recipes to try this week, ty. 😊
