Dude thank you so much for being the only video on Youtube that shows this lol, we recently switched ISP's and re-setting up the Google Wifi pods was a nightmare, we now unfortunately have to have the main router plugged into another router, but it seems like things are working. I just wasn't able to get the other pods to connected, so I figured they needed a reset, but could not find out how to do it on them until I found this. You are a livesaver lol.

Thanks for taking time to make this useful contribution! Google seems to be following Apple with "minimalist" and generic instructions that aren't adequate for troubleshooting. So thankful for good guys like you!

Pretty experienced user here, I thought I was good at following directions, of course I saw the little circle, never once thought it’d have a function. This led to a deep dive to finally find your video explaining where the hell the reset button was (I have other Wi-Fi points with a physical button). That’s when I went back to the Google help page on resetting Wi-Fi point — it did actually say “The factory reset button is located on the bottom of the point. Check for a circle etched into the bottom”. !!!! Sure wish they had put this in BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS.
