You NEVER want to defrag an ssd! It will shorten its life; And an ssd does not store data in the same way a HDD does. A simple google will show you that!

I could be wrong but I don't think defragmenting has any benefits on SSD drives ? Especially not when they are very big and never get filled anywhere near capacity. Also, what does a TCP setting have to do with file copy speed ?

The defrag services, must to be set to Manually, not Automatic, because it cause to SSD. The SSD's it's necessary to defrag at 7 days ago per week, not early or later ! ✌🏻⚠️✨️💯
