Hope this video helps those that have the mindset of improvement rather than the mindset of I can do what I want😂 At the end of the day this is about providing the customer with a great experience! clients are actually more likely to stay with their nail tech if they see that year by year not only does the work improve, but they like seeing how far the tech has grown period! It's okay to push yourself beyond your comfort zone lol that's what you supposed to do! you learn as you grow and over time the process becomes more natural like a second language and you'll get quicker anyways as long as you keep your mind open for improvement!

Girl you could charge for this kind of teaching! Seriously, I had my first XL set and I was sooo nervous the night before because short sets alone take me 3-4 hours. After watching this twice, once the night before and the morning of again, I got the set done in 3.5 hours!! With nail art too, which of course isn't the best but way better than what I was doing before- thanks so much 💞

Efficiency is key thank you ! I just got hired at a nail salon and I'm so excited because the girls are super super dope and are also teaching me a long the way, but they do take quality over speed so I'm thankful for that but I am working on my speed. Currently a basic full set medium length takes me about 2 and half hours

I agree with everything you said in this video, i try to take at least 1hr 1/2 the most 2 but sometimes I might go over but like you said that includes the time you come in, pictures, videos & walk you out . Love this videos ❤️❤️

Yes I am definitely at this stage. My application is much better I barely have to file down the bulk of the nails, my shaping is better, and my time is down a bit but I’d like to get it down to like 2/3 hours instead of 4/5

This helped a lot. I'm not a pro...I do my own and occasionally I do a set for a friend or family member. But I have been sticking to smaller brushes cuz my nail bed are so small. Now that I know what my monomer: powder ratio should be like, this gives me confidence in practicing using a larger brush. It takes me 3 hours to do my own or a set for someone else, but I would really like to improve on that time just because. Thank you so much.

do you have both curved nail tips like that and straight? or do you only do the curved nails ? ik some people don’t really like the curved look anymore but some people still do
