the sigh is so true, I got that once from a client and I thought they were annoyed because the service was taking about three hours (she wanted hand-painted nailart). In the end she just had a long day and was just really tired. What i got from it, is that we shouldn't take the clients' behavior that personal lol and just carry on with our job.

My favorite tip is communicating about the specific service to ensure the proper time is booked. A client says they want a manicure when they call in (our salon does mainly natural nails). Manis are booked for 30 minutes. Then we ask if it's shellac, gel, dip, etc..and do they currently have anything on that needs removal. That can take their 30 min booking to 1 hour 🥴

Yesss love the videos!! I was noticing besides one old video I don’t see real tutorials with clients that have overly bitten nails. Or when they break a nail and the nail comes off with it. I’d really like to see more of those problems and how to correct them. It’s hard to trust other sources than young nails!
