As someone who severely bit my nails from age 5 until fairly recently i always appreciate these videos! I was raised in a bad home and had a lot of trauma and biting was one of my coping mechanisms. I was made fun of a lot for it and was so ashamed of my nails. I ended up grabbing some of nailtopia's nail strengtheners and they really helped. My nails got so long people always assumed they were fake! It can take years to fix it! My tips are to always have your nails painted or done and you'll bite less! Then try to keep it up until you stop for the most part. I do catch myself trying to bite at times and have to remind myself to stop. But its so much better: and i love that there's 0 judgement from you about her nails! That's the sign of a true professional! Спасибо! ❤

Your bitten nails videos heals my past. I was a nail biter who experienced a lot of shame over it. I learned to do my own nails to avoid going to a salon and being judged. I got over nail biting and skin picking and take so much pride in my nail beds being almost to the edge of my finger now.

Watching Anna’s Nail Diary has been wonderful to watch! I struggle with biting my cuticles and hangnails that sometimes cause my nails to look similar. It’s part of the reason I decided to take classes at Nails Pro Academy.

That's awesome!! I was a nail biter until I was 18. Got nail tips put on for prom and was able to sort of break the habit. I still have cuticle picking issues or if there's a nick in my nail, I have to file it immediately or I'll just keep at it. I have cuticle nippers in my car, next to the couch by my beside, and that has helped immensely!

mine were even shorter but my cuticles were not hurt, other than that I was biting a loooong time a well :-/ I did a lot myself, glued full cover tips etc and this time I finally broke the habit, since January my nails are only growing :) I had to try a lot different things as well but I also had to redo it every week, sometimes it even fell off after two days but now it lasts a lot longer.. :) I don't know if I would be ready already to have my nails without something on but that's why it was most helpful for me to be able to repair everything immediately.. but it's my goal to have only a bit strength on it and being able to do whatever Design I want whenever I want.. just never give up! =) 🍀💚🍀

I had the same process, every three weeks I had to come back because I was biting my nail so hard that I would break the acrylic used on my nails. Only after six months I stopped breaking them, just scratching it with my teeth
