How to train your dog to pick up items

Here's a quick run down on how I trained my dogs to pick up items I drop.
I'm in no way saying this is the only way to train this! it's just how I did.

My Husky knows to grab it, and that command paired with this method is gold. He still needs a lot of coaxing but I'm confident he'll learn pretty quickly. I want him to learn to pick up some toys and eventually bring me his leash for walks
