What she described isn't empathy. She described seeing and listening to people. A manipulator or predator can do those things. Empathy is understanding and sharing others' feelings. The lady at the home depo spend the whole day making people feel weird. There is a positive word for what this woman is describing, but it's not empathy.

Its no coincidence that the closed caption translated "I see you" as ICU (intensive care unit). Indeed living from empathy & compassion offers a healing presence creating a mini moment of repair in the conditioned ruptures..an intensive care unit. This simplest attunement is an attunement we first towards ourselves..to sit, be, and hold ourselves within the Source of love so it flows out authentically from our bodies, speech and minds in all ways possible. May we all live dedicated to this intention. I feel you feeling me. We are okay. We are united by the humanity of our intrinsic value, Lifeforce & dignity. ICU. Thank you For schooling us!

Empathy is the greatest sign of humanity.

Seeing others is the best attention that we are giving to people.

Empathy is being present with you and another person without changing what they believe.

I see you
I SEE you
I see YOU

Ive done it.

Im not here to scream about psychedelics, but i do believe in tandem with lower life experiences, the psychedelics, learning philosophy, and study objective reality did it for me

I found several logical reasons to do so and thats not meaning i was cold until i was enlightened, it was my attention not entirely familiar with doing this.

I’m an RN at a local nursing home. Apathy plagues the facility. From administration to housekeeping is disconnected from seeing our patients as valued humans in desperate need of care.
