I'm glad they're giving PC the proper treatment. With "Full HDR support" it's going to look insane on OLED monitor with RT enabled.

it just hit me, its 3 abilties from your class but its going to be weapon specfic abilites that round out your character which means gear will trump the skill trees similar to mass effect. so get ready to hunt down unique/ legendary weapons that will inevitably break the game, cant wait

Definitely playing a mage first as that is always my go to class first play through. I will try other classes on more play throughs as I always replay Dragon Age games over and over because I love them so much.

I swear I hate class restrictions when it comes to armor and weapons. I miss origins where I can put a greatsword on my back while casting magic in a suit of massive armor.

I can't see what people are hating about this game anymore. I think some of the early poster art was a bit off putting but now the graphics, gameplay and story all seem top notch.
This game is on the top of my radar now for sure. Can't wait to see what else they can deliver before release.

After the first long gameplay trailer I said this looks like a Mass Effect 3 version of Dragon Age with how they are doing the combat and how linear the missions will be. I still stand by that and I still love it anyways!

Good melee mage is good news to me as I had already decided on a mage crow as my first character!

The game looks beautiful. Love playing a mage when given the option. The combat already looks like a huge improvement after DAIs mage combat, which was mostly a passive experience.

i hope theres more weapon than dagger and orb cos knight enchanter was cool as so some form or 2h sword would be cool

Im not a pc player but its interesting to see the specs and level of detail catered to pc players bc of the huge player base. I'm so ready for this game to come out, I'm debating on going for my classic female rouge elf or be different and start as a female warrior dwarf.

Remember, in inquisition staves had different attributes based on whatever element it was linked to, being only fire, ice and electricity. Perhaps they've expanded that component to other attributes, eg. force or wind?

Imagine a blood mage staff.

looks interesting... but i really hope the mages still have the bladed staff like in dragon age 2 and inquisition. that made mages so unique in this world to me.

I was going to be a two handed human warrior. But I also want to use Harding and the grey warden tank. So I may be a mage now. Or run as a sword and board and bring one of the mages with me. Will be a game time decision
