The thing is she is getting the service as a crew member which is correct but she should have finished this food in crew cabin only. So that common customer should not feel different.
Otherwise crew member should have ordered something which is common for customer also and she should remove her company tag and then sit in customer seat .
No body is wrong here. Flight company should think about it. For them a crew member and customer both are important. They should know how to maintain balance between them. Apply appropriate rules and regulations.

Some people are saying crew is wrong some saying passenger but here passenger didn't have basic knowledge about airlines meal policy and crew didn't give her that information in airlines there are 4 meal system 1 meal is for captain which can be nutritious and keep him wake up, 2nd for first man even both pilots can't have same meal so that if captain is in not in condition to operate the flight first man can control the situation, 3rd meal for crew and 4rth for passenger. it's all for the safety purpose that's it there is nothing about discrimination.

The crew doesn't normally eat when the passengers are eating, because they all need to service the passengers. When passengers are done eating the crew members start taking their breaks. Works the same in restaurants, you don't usually see employees taking breaks during the morning or evening rush. They wait til it slows down.

People are only saying customer is no one thinking she is being embarrassed. May be she looked at it and asked for same food. Why cant flight give same food for crew and customers. Crew will get it for free and customer will buy. To give inferior food to customer who is paying for it totally not aggreable.if crew menu is different then it should not be given in front of customers. Here its like crew member is treated like vip customer while actual customer is treated as if india passenger in British train in colonial era. Sad we got to see this in independent global capital society. Customer is god who should be treated with qt most respect. Then only you can expect respect from customer.
