Great Video! Thanks for posting positive test findings for those of us who haven't come across these cases; this is gold to us med-students. 

One piece of feedback: I believe the force applied during the pivot-shift test is a valgus force, rather than the varus force stated in video. The arrow direction appears to be accurate, but the term may have been confused.

What if they do the anterior drawer test and the knee pops?

I already had my surgery but I’m still positive for this test i also feel unstable knee

More than 6mm in ant drawer test n more than 3 mm in lachman test.Pivot test is difficulf to elicit...😕sorry to notice.

I really hope the patient consented to having this video on the internet, it looks like the patient is under anesthesia.
