Hi Martin, I really appreciate the knowledge you share with us about water. I used to drink Topo Chico but don't anymore as I've learned it has a high level of PFA's. I was shopping at a Mexican supermarket called Vallarta in LA and noticed they have a new sparkling water in stock called Agua de Piedra. Bought it and fell in love the taste and carbonation. Can't seem to find any reviews or info online. Would like to hear your thoughts on it if you get a chance to try it out
