Crime and homelessness are rampant, traffic is horrific and they've outlawed every imaginable fun activity, but welcome to Los Angeles!

SoCal resident here, totally accurate. I'd like to add that the beaches, amusement parks, restaurants or basically anything here is over populated and expect to wait in some sort of line. Traffic is atrocious. I dont leave the house after 1pm because if I go 5 miles down the road ill be sitting in 30 minutes of traffic both ways. Yea...dont visit this Godless city.

This is so accurate it actually hurts. Born and raised in SoCal so I feel this on a deep deep level.

Yeah I had to live in LA for 3 years while going to school. By the end of it I was so ready to get out. The city is just dirty af. I don’t think homeless people are bad people at all, but something needs to done about it. There is no point in having a gov and pay taxes if they can’t fix these types of problems humanely

As a legitimate LA resident, this is so accurate.

“Take a deep breath to smell the air cause it probably smells like hot garbage and marijuana.” Phhtt that got me 🤣🤣

John, this is your best yet. LA is a nightmare where the cons outweigh the pros. You forgot to mention LAX at 3am being as busy as rush hour traffic.

😂😂😂 my first trip to Hollywood all I could smell was pee and weed. Man I was let down. I realized there was no reason to dress up while there because the majority of the people I met were too high to remember me.

My family and I have opted out of going anywhere near there this year and in the upcoming years. We used to enjoy Santa Monica and Venice beach, but the whole state is a dumpster fire at this point. 🙄

My critique as a native Angelino....

You need to highlight our pollution, prostitution, gang, drug, smog, no where to park, fake ass people, and dirty water problems. Oh yeah! And gas prices 🤓

Remember that Japanese soldier on an island who was so isolated he refused to believe WWII was over until the 1970s?I feel like that's LA on the war on covid

I visited LA and I've never seen so many people go camping in a city! They should probably get better tents though.

I moved from an actual third world country and I don't think things were as bad there.

Also, Don't worry about some random guys in hoodies entering stores like Target and Walmart. They are mostly peaceful shoplifters.

Visit Plazita Olvera to learn about LA's history. You forgot to mention Union Station, the amazing scenic views from Griffith Park and the activities available for all with free parking, too! The awesome Arts District, Flower District, and don't get me started on the museums. Good, good stuff!Oh and of course, driving 2 hours to the desert, 2 hours to the mountains or half hour to the beach. I find the harshest critics are those who don't live here, were transplants and left, or who lived here a few years and left for their own personal reasons. To each their own! Cute video though!

0:12 That sign 😄. It should just say "Please stand quiet and motionless on the beach"

I love to travel and have been to LA three times. That's enough. Compared to other US and international destinations, I find it to be pretty underwhelming.
