Morley Minto Reforms | Indian Councils Act 1909 | Minto Morely Reforms

In This video I have morley minto reforms which is also called Indian Councils Act 1909. These reforms primarily focused on Executive as well as Legislative reforms in the council. This act also promoted Seperate Electorate by fanning communalism. This act derives its name from Viceroy Lord Minto and Sec of Sate Morley.
I also recommend viewers to watch Indian Council Act of 1892 and 1861 as these reforms are mainly build up on previous two council Acts.

And also clarify in first provision of 1909, one place u say ILC and other place executive council .it is a kind of intermixing.i am confuse now.please elaborate executive council and legislative council separating provincial legislature .

Since communal representation for muslims was introduced in 1909, was it the first time direct election introduced?
In laxmikanth it is mentioned that direct elections introduced in 1919..I am confused..It will be very helpful if you clarify..

Was the size of Executive Council 3 or 6? Because in previous videos you told that a law member was added in 1853, Finance member was added in 1861 and PWD member was added In 1874?
