How to diagnose a parking sensor

I will show you how to test parking sensors and identify which one is faulty

Thanks for valuable information. Sensors are functioning. This is bad. My sensors are all working, however when start driving and shift my gear box few times rear ones stops immediately! :( and button P starts blinking

Does the bumper cover have to be removed to replace the sensor ?

Sooo die you ever do a video on changing it? When I got in my car & put in reverse mine will been continously & it did say something about parking sensor error. I don't know which on in the back just yet as I'm just learning where they are even located lol but I would love to see how you change one if it comes down to me having to do the same.

I just watched your video very helpful… I touched all of my sensors and the all have that buzzing but the front parking sensor service message comes on and off …. Not sure if they all seem to function why this is happening… Any suggestions would b helpful….

What about front sensors? Put transmission to "Drive"?

Hey! I have a peugeot 508. My switch to turn ok and off is constantly off. When in reverse it show service when on, and nothing when off. Tried switching the controlunit... without luck, do you have any idea?

Doesn’t work on a jag xf. There are NO clicking sounds or ‘pitch changes’ from any sensor and yet the camera and sensor DO work SOMETIMES. 😕.
